Meet the Midian Roofing Team

T.K. Hamilton – President

T.K. has over 25 years of diverse experience in the roofing industry, including commercial, industrial and residential. He has built his growing business on the Christian principles of honesty and integrity. TK sees customer satisfaction and professionalism as the priorities Midian Roofing strives for.

Dominick Pennachio – Vice President

Dominick brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in operations and efficiencies. Before Joining Midian Roofing, Dominick worked for 10 years for Neopost, a large French company in the Customer Communication Industry, as Senior Director of Sales Operations for the U.S. market. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Branch Sales for Hasler Inc. Additionally, Dominick worked for 20 years as the President of Sales for Beeline Fashions in Chicago, IL.

Betty Zehrung – Finance and Administration Manager

Betty brings to Midian over 26 years of management experience in both administration and finance. Before joining Midian Roofing, she was employed as an accountant with Williams QuickBooks Advisory in Cartersville, GA. Prior to that Betty spent many, very successful years in the personal finance industry.

Hunter Holcomb

Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of damage and need for repair. Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required. Assist customers in selecting materials and colors used for the job. Develop referrals and generate positive reviews. Canvass residential homes to identify potential sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal team to ensure customer’s satisfaction.

Terry Rose – Sales Specialist

Terry has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years. He brings many years of experience and expertise to the role of Project Manager. His remarkable customer service skills combined with his natural leadership abilities make him an exceptional Project Manager for our team.

James Justice – Sales Specialist

“I started at Midian Roofing in 2003. I sold my first Million in 2021. Working at Midian Roofing has always been a pleasure.”
James has over 23 years of experience in the roofing industry and has been the Project Manager for several roofing companies, with extensive experience in both commercial and residential roofing.

Wesley Lovell – Commercial Accounts Manager

Wesley works in our Georgia office and has over 17 years of experience in the roofing industry. He too has a wide range of skill sets and a has worked in a variety of related positions ranging from a laborer to a Project Manager in both commercial and residential roofing.

Trip Slade – Sales Specialist

With years of sales experience under his belt, Trip Slade is a dedicated Sales Specialist. Trip has a passion for working with people and takes great pride in delivering exceptional customer service. When he’s not helping clients find the perfect roofing solutions, he enjoys spending time outdoors. Trip’s commitment to client satisfaction makes him a valuable asset to the Midian Roofing team.

Scott Hutchens – Sales Specialist

Scott has been with Midian Roofing for many years and has progressed from installer to foreman to Project Manager and is now a Sales specialist for North Georgia covering Dalton, Whitfield County, and the Ringgold area. Scott’s many years of experience in both residential and commercial roofing gives him the perfect background to assist you with any roofing needs.
