Initial Inspection:
We will do a thorough inspection of your roof and make any requested repairs at our normal reasonable rates. A 15% discount will be applied to all labor and material charges for Platinum subscribers.
Reinspections Annually:
We will perform a thorough reinspection annually at no charge and check for cracks, shingles curling or buckling, missing shingles, sagging areas, and any other areas of concern. If anything needs repairing, normal rates will apply. The 15% discount still applies to all labor and material for Platinum subscribers.
Light Cleaning Annually:
During the reinspection, we will remove any minor tree debris and other loose objects accumulated on the roof at no charge for all Silver, Gold, and Platinum subscribers.
First Priority Service:
Have confidence and peace of mind knowing that someone who is trusted in the community is coming to your home to assess any damage and have the repair completed promptly for Gold and Platinum subscribers.
If we do not find any roof-related issues, a discounted service fee will apply.
Minor Maintenance Items:
Labor and materials for minor items like nail pops, replacing 1 or 2 shingles, and minor caulking will be covered at no additional fee for all Gold and Platinum subscribers.
15% Repair Discount:
A discount of 15% will be applied if any billable repair work is needed beyond the minor items for Platinum subscribers.
5% New Roof Discount:
Platinum subscribers will receive a discount of 5% on a new roof, if ever needed.
15% Credit Toward a New Roof:
In addition to applying a discount to your new roof, if ever needed, we will track and credit 15% of every First Priority Platinum Plan payment made toward the eventual purchase of a new roof ($2,000 maximum).
