“Just a note to tell you that Terry Rose is a good employee. I’ve had a roof leak just inside my front door. He has been diligent in trying to stop it. I realize they are hard to find. Today he found the problem hopefully and even hosed down the problem area for 10 or more minutes to make sure the problem was solved. Hats off to his persistence and hard work.”
